ALI is the director of SHIRAZ PASTRY CONSULTING and works as your personal PASTRY KITCHEN EXPERT. ALI has an extensive 20 year international industry experience as pastry chef and baker, working at 5 star restaurants, cafes, bakeries and patisseries of various sizes across Iran, Dubai, Canada and Australia. ALI grew up in his father’s patisserie business in Iran, an enterprise spanning 65 years. This valuable experience and heritage is the foundation of Ali’s unique artisan pastry making expertise. ALI’s philosophy is about quality, fresh ingredients, authentic tastes and lots of love for the products he creates.

ALI’s experience does not stop at the creation of products. He is knowledgeable and skilled in all areas of what makes a pastry or bakery business thrive, such as business administration, management of staff, and how to collaborate with reliable and professional suppliers.

ALI is a patient and dedicated teacher. Powered by his 7-Step “Sleep Better, Peace of Mind Pastry Kitchen System”, he can teach your apprentices how to make pastries, be organised, or to be even more passionate about what they are doing. He can teach your chefs to organise their work, manage their wastage, develop menus, manage and roster their team, and upgrade their pastry making skills.
