making class for kids, they learnt how to prepare and make
ginger bread dough then was shown how to assemble the
finished product, the kids really enjoyed cooking with Ali,
great energy and atmosphere for kids, also the parents were
treated to an amazing fruit salad with there delicious cake :)”

“We visit almost weekly and the food is always delicious,
coffee is amazing and the pastries are better then I’ve EVER
had.
We were lucky enough to be given the opportunity to attend
a family gingerbread house making lesson with the amazing
Pastry chef Ali and his wife Soochen. They were both
amazing with the kids and they had the best time! Can’t wait
till next year! We got a beautiful plate of fruit and yummy
cakes for for afternoon tea and then we got a step by step
lesson on how to make delicious gingerbread. It was very
hands on and they got to participate in every step. It was
perfect for all ages, my 11, 4 and 3 year old all loved it. We
got to take home gingerbread house decorated by us, our
ginger bread family we made and the recipe. Great
experience!”
